Turn off billable in quickbooks desktop. Remove a billable expense charge in QuickBooks Online
The billable setting in QB is creating lots of problems with our employees. Our company does not bill per hour but when our employees log their hours, they forget to click unbillable turn off billable in quickbooks desktop T-Sheets.
The hours are now sitting in our qjickbooks expecting us to bill customers for these hours frustrating. I cannot find a way to do this in QB. Can someone please advise if this option is available?

Once done, your turb who clock in and out will be asked if their hours invoicing software that syncs with quickbooks desktop billable or not, which will be reflected when the hours are exported to QBO. View solution in original post. It's my pleasure to help you today, sniffer. You might want to take a look at the available TSheets reports to review your employees time data: TSheets reports. Know that you're always welcome to post here in QuickBooks Community if you have any other concerns. However, when entering time in T-Sheets, the billable field bjllable still showing and required for employees to complete see attached.
If turn off billable in quickbooks desktop not required in QB, the field should be disabled in T-Sheets. Nope, that did not work. See attachment.
